 PRODUCT HANDLING SYSTEMS; POUCH. K.J. Baumann has designed many high-speed product handling systems to lower labor cost, limit repetitive motion injuries, and improve packaging line efficiency. These systems will take products at random, from one or more machines or lines, and form a pattern, stack, or group as needed for another machine or packaging process. Many of the products handled are irregular in shape, or have inconsistent weights. Examples include pouches, unpackaged foods, kits, and electronic parts.
